Manage your companies, team, roles, and devices.

Companies

• Your POS data (products, team, devices, orders) lives in a company
• The company owner creates companies and controls the team
• Switch between companies from the company switcher in the sidebar

Team & Invites

• Invite members from Companies → your company → Invite Members
• Each invite picks a role — the invitee accepts and signs in with their own account
• Invites expire after 7 days; revoke or resend anytime

Team Roles

• Register Only (kiosk): register + account
• Read-Only: view register, dashboard, products, inventory
• Inventory Management: register + full product/inventory control
• Company Admin: full access, including team, devices, and settings

User PINs

Set a 4–6 digit PIN for each team member (Companies → Team → Set PIN). PINs are how cashiers sign in at the register — they stamp the cashier's name on every order. PINs are unique per user.

Devices & Stores

• Register hardware in Devices and assign it to a store
• Configure the receipt printer and run Deployment Readiness in Settings
• Devices, stores, and offline mode require the Business+ POS plan
